As with anything, regular maintenance ensures longevity, yet often we fail to protect our biggest asset.  Regular maintenance reports will help identify any potential issues, before they become major.

With the advantage of our specialised equipment and my experience as a qualified builder we can offer a full property inspection and maintenance plan. This means your house will be more economical to maintain and keep long term maintenance to a minimum.

A small leak (which can take a year to become apparent) can escalate from a $200 minor repair job, to a $20,000 or more major job causing structural damage in just one year.  With my thermal imaging camera I’m able to detect and locate leaks in the very early stages.

  • A Full report ( which includes a moisture reading on all wet areas, windows and doors)
  • A Thermal Imagining & House Inspection report (this is a full report as well as a thermal imaging report of the entire house and may identify any possible areas of concern)
  • A probe moisture meter report (recommended when thermal imagining report identifies any significant issues.
